Every plan includes a portal that works on phones as a Progressive Web App, so students, parents, and teachers can use it like an app without installing anything from a store. A native Android and iOS app is available as a separately quoted add-on, delivered after the portal is live.
Yes. The institute’s data belongs to the institute. It can be exported in standard formats at any time, not only on exit, and there is no lock-in period.
The institute has full use of anything built for its portal. Where a change is broadly useful, Cadria may make it part of the standard platform, which means it stays maintained and improves over time rather than becoming an orphaned one-off. Anything genuinely specific to one institute stays with that institute’s portal.
Common integrations such as video conferencing and payment gateways are supported. Anything else is assessed case by case before quoting, rather than promised upfront.
Pricing is a flat monthly fee by size band, not per student. A small number of extra accounts can be added within your current band at a fixed per-account rate. Once you grow beyond the band, you move to the next one and the new flat price applies. Growing from 700 to 1,500 students does not double your bill.
