When you purchase a plan or add-on, we collect billing details via third-party payment processors. We do not store raw card or UPI data on our servers.

We collect non-identifiable data on how you interact with the Service, including page visits, features used, device information, and access times, solely to improve performance and reliability.

3.4 Communications

All such data is considered institution-owned content. Cadria acts solely as a data processor and does not claim ownership of any content stored on your portal. Access to this data is strictly limited to authorized users within your institution and our technical team (only when necessary for maintenance or troubleshooting, under confidentiality).

When a module or the entire portal is disabled, this data is archived as per our retention policy, for up to 12 months, after which it is permanently deleted unless requested otherwise by the institution.
