Pricing Policy

This Pricing Policy explains how Cadria charges for its portals. Our goal is to keep pricing transparent, predictable, and fair.

1. How pricing works

Cadria charges a flat monthly price based on two things: (a) the package you choose and (b) your institute's size band. Pricing is not per student.

2. What's included

Each package (Essentials, Growth, or Complete) includes a set of modules and a set of student, teacher, and admin accounts based on your size band: Small, Medium, Large, or XL.

3. Extra accounts

You can add a small number of extra accounts at a fixed per-account rate: up to 20 students, 10 teachers, and 10 admins. Beyond that, you move to the next size band.

4. Add-ons

Optional modules (for example Video, Payments, or AI Assist) are charged at a flat monthly rate. Premium add-ons may carry pass-through third-party costs, for example streaming or payment-gateway fees.

5. Service level

There is one Standard plan for everyone. Dedicated or priority infrastructure for large or multi-branch institutes is available on a custom basis.

6. Free pilot

New institutes can start with a free pilot built using their real data. No charge applies during the pilot. Billing begins only if you choose to continue.

7. Setup fee

No separate setup fee. Onboarding and data migration are included.

8. Paying upfront

• Monthly: standard price.
• 6 months prepaid: approximately 15 days free.
• 12 months prepaid: 2 months free.

9. Taxes

All prices are exclusive of GST (18%).

10. Price changes

Your price is held for the duration of your paid term. Any change is communicated in advance and applies from renewal.
